-Raise daily, weekly and monthly sales invoices using Sage, Tharstern and Eureka across all companies
-Collection and allocation of Direct Debits for both Postal Sort & Mail Matters
-Recording and post of incomes received to customer ledgers
-Weekly review of Aged debtors and resolution of any customer queries
- Issue of standard monthly and debt chasing statements
Communicating with customers via email or telephone, and recording details of customer contact in Sage 50;
· Reconcile daily bank resolving any queries within agreed timeframes
-To ensure all filing is completed in a timely and accurate manner;
-To communicate effectively with internal and external contracts;
-Supporting the Finance manager in the preparation of monthly management accounts
