About the Company 

HireIQ Finance is recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join an award-winning construction and fit-out company that specialises in high-end Hotel and Residential projects, operating throughout the UK and Ireland!

About the Job

  • Sales Ledger duties including invoicing and management of delivery dockets
  • Provide administration support to the Credit Control team as and when required
  • Daily posting and allocating of payments received
  • Ensure compliance with the Company’s policies including Health & Safety
  • Credit control
  • Customer account queries, including resolving problems in relation to invoice payments

Your skills & experience 

  • GCSE Maths & English or equivalent.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel experience.
  • Data input experience.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy are required for this position.

This is an office-based role, hybrid is not a working option.


  • Strong Sage 50 Accounts experience.
  • Experience of working in a busy office
