The job
Experienced Accounts Assistant wanted to supervise and undertake transactional duties in a busy manufacturing organisation. Monday – Thursday 8.30 am – 5 pm with 4 pm Friday finish.
- Supervising staff
- sales and purchase invoicing
- Bookkeeping
- Processing of weekly and monthly wages, liaising with HMRC
- Processing purchase ledger from raising PO to the collation of delivery docket to invoice checked passed and queried.
- Project/maintenance invoicing
Your skills and experience
- SAGE PAYROLL experience desired
- Experience working in a busy finance team
