Key Responsibilities
- Processing Invoices
- Raising Purchase Orders
- Checking Invoices
- Reconciling Supplier Statements
- Liaising with Suppliers
- Reconciling Creditors Ledger
- Preparation of payment runs
- Preparation of Sales Invoices and Receipts
- Liaising with Colleagues in regard to Administrative Support
- Preparation of Spreadsheets for cost reporting
- Liaising with Line Manager with completion of adhoc reports and requests
The Ideal Candidate will:
- Have Experience with Sage Line 50 & Eque 2 Accounts packages or similar
- Have more than 2 years experience working in a similar role.
