This role is for a multinational major goods supplier. This would be an ideal role for an experienced Accounts Assistant seeking to join a multinational company with a down-to-earth sociable accounts team.
Job Duties
- Bank reconciliations including petty cash.
- Processing overhead invoices to appropriate companies and codes
- reconciling supplier statements
- Prepare fortnightly payment runs for allocated companies
- Assist in the month-end close of all purchase ledgers
Your skills and experience
- AP experience in a busy environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Exceptional working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
