HireIQ are currently recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to join our private sector client based in Lisburn. This client is a market leader in the Manufacturing industry and is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Accounts Administrator to secure a role with a competitive salary or a junior candidate seeking to gain experience and training in an established company.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm. There is also flexibility in terms of Full/Part time hours and start/Finish times.
Job Duties
- Processing sales orders
- Sales invoicing
- Credit control
- Communicating with reps and customers
- Purchase invoicing
- Receiving stock into system
- Other ad hoc duties
Your skills and experience
- Excellent numeric skills and the ability to work methodically.
- Sage 50 advantageous but not essential as training will be provided
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
