About the job

Reporting to the Company Accountant you will be responsible for and assisting with the following duties…

  • Processing of customer invoices and receipts to the Sales Ledger
  • Processing invoices to other Group companies and agreeing on month-end balances
  • Timely and effective collection of all debts
  • Perform reconciliation of all debtor balances and create aged debt reports
  • Respond to and resolve internal/external customer enquiries in relation to debt
  • Processing of purchase invoices and payments
  • Analysis and posting of employee expenses
  • Liaising with heads of departments and external suppliers
  • Assist in the production of weekly and monthly reports
  • Assist in the preparation of year-end audit files for the company

Your skills & experience 

  • Experience working in an administration role (Essential)
  • Experience working in a finance admin/ accounts assistant position (Desirable)
  • Currently studying toward IATI or equivalent (Desirable and full study support can be provided)
  • Have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
