About the Job of Accounts Administrator

• Manage accounts payable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments to suppliers.
• Maintained financial records using accounting software – Microsoft Dynamics
• Prepare and process invoices, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements for management review.
• Liaise with clients and suppliers to resolve any discrepancies or queries related to accounts.
• Support the finance team with various administrative tasks as required.
• Logistics Management
• Answering calls and general queries
• Putting customer orders into our system

Skills and Experience

• Experience using Microsoft, Word, Outlook, Excel – Excel Desirable
• Trainee or ATI Qualified or looking to pursue a career in Accountancy
