HireIQ Finance Recruitment is partnering with a large Public sector client based in Belfast. They are seeking to recruit a Accounts Admin Assistant on a temporary basis to manage increased demands.

About the Job 

  • Processing purchase/sales invoices
  • Issuing payments via BACS transfer or cheque
  • Maintaining purchase ledger
  • Responsible for timely and accurate issuing of all sales invoices
  • Ad hoc admin duties
  • Professionally and effectively resolve customer queries via telephone and email

Your Skills and Experience

  • Minimum of 1 years paid experience during the last 4 of general and financial administration
  • Experience in purchase/sales ledger
  • Competent in using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
