HireIQ is delighted to be partnering with a reputable Real Estate organisation who have a newly created requirement for an Accounting Manager. This role will be closely with the CFO, this is a varied role in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
Experience in a similar role
Excellent IT Skills (Particularly MS Excel)
YARDI experience
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Key responsibilities:
Preparation of month-end & year-end accounts
Cash management including bank reconciliations.
Generate budget versus actual reports for senior management.
Generate YARDI reports for stakeholders periodically.
Supervise a senior accountant and accounts receivable clerk.
Approving weekly & biweekly payrolls – exporting to MS Excel
Cashflow management
Generate audit workpapers support for year-end audits.
