THE ROLE:
- Product Costing ensuring accurate calculation of labour, machine and overhead absorption rates
- Ongoing analysis of Plant performance against budget/target
- Reporting of inventory valuations
- Provide advice and information to management with regards to cost control issues
- Assist in preparation of monthly management accounts including GL Reconciliations
- Understand and adhere to all financial and accounting regulations and legislation including Corporate Policies and Procedures
THE PERSON:
- Candidates should possess a CIMA, ACA or ACCA qualification however a lesser qualification with relevant experience may also be considered
- 1-2 years experience in Cost or Financial accounting role
- Ability to meet strict deadlines with accurate results
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
