The Role
- Month-end reporting and management of the month-end close process and timelines
- Ongoing review and assessment of controls and working with process integration to implement or enhance internal controls
- Development of KPI reports aligned to the business needs to include costs/productivity analysis
- Manage capital expenditure process and budget
- Ensure that month-end file, journal preparation
- Review of monthly balance sheet reconciliations for companies across the group and work with the accounts assistant to ensure resolution of reconciling items in a timely fashion
- Work with Business Finance Managers
- Preparation of audit files and liaison with auditors. Assist with the management of the audit process
- Preparation of annual budget and quarterly forecasts for the PLC business unit
- Participate in projects across the finance function as required.
The Person
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, CIMA)
- Experience in a fast-paced finance team
- Open to working on finance projects
- 2 years of industry experience
