The Company:

An Irish-Owned Global SaaS Company that Invests in / Acquires Brands, with the purpose of implementing their Software and integrating their teams while driving the growth of the Brand. This specific brand is a Crypto Trading platform!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead in all month-end close activities, including preparation of journal entries
• Compile and analyse financial information to help with the preparation of financial statements including monthly and annual accounts in accordance with IFRS
• Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Reconcile assigned cash, receivables and liability accounts. Resolve accounting discrepancies or disputes associated with account balances and reconciliations
• Prepare assigned management monthly reports with notations to clarify financial data where needed
• Ensure that the business is compliant with tax and accounting and company law compliance responsibilities in multiple jurisdictions
• Working with our team of external advisors (accountants, lawyers, company secretaries)
• Preparation and completion of Ad-hoc business review reports as required
• Management and communication of any bespoke internal projects which may arise from time to time

Your Experience

• Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA Or CIMA)
• 3+ years of corporate accounting experience
• Knowledge in IFRS concepts and ability to communicate basic accounting concepts
• Ability to multitask, capable of taking initiative, and manage multiple projects and deadlines
• A candid, organised and excellent communication skillset
• Problem-solver, ability to suggest
• Willingness to learn, detail-oriented, and ability to work independently and in team environment
• Experience in working with colleagues across time zones and jurisdictions is preferable
• Engage with team members of all levels, fostering collaboration and creating strong working relationships that contribute to our collective success
