The role
- Have a focus on the costs of ongoing building projects
- Collaborate with all departments and senior management to share financial information.
- Manage and maintain accounting software, supporting its future development.
- Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and reports for senior management.
- Develop and manage financial systems and policies.
- Analyse costs and revenues, ensuring financial data integrity.
- Ensure compliance with revenue regulations, including prem taxes, VAT, and RCT.
- Support the annual audit process.
- Develop expertise in construction finance issues and provide related support.
- Assist with payroll functions.

- Open to Qualified accountants
- Construction experience preferred
