The role

• Provide financial support and analysis for property-related projects to optimise financial performance.
• Assist in the pricing, valuation, and financial modelling of property investments and developments.
• Collaborate with property management teams to ensure accurate budgeting and forecasting.
• Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including advisors, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of property strategies aligned with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Monitor and report on the financial performance of property assets, identifying risks and opportunities.
• Support the annual audit process and facilitate internal and external audits.
• Develop and maintain robust financial systems and processes for property transactions.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation and presentation of financial reports for property-related projects.
• Support the growth and development of the property finance team, sharing best practices and methodologies.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis for all property activities.
• Work with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and optimize resource allocation in property projects.

The person

• Must be an exam-qualified accountant
• Property experience would be an advantage
• 2 years PQE
