The Role

• Prepare and analyse financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes specific to construction projects.
• Maintain general ledger and ensure all transactions are accurately recorded.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Collaborate with project managers to monitor project budgets and financial performance.
• Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
• Assist with the preparation of tax returns and audits.
• Lead the yearly audit

The Person

• Qualified accountant over 1 year PQE
• Construction expierence is a real benefit.
