Job Specification: 

Responsibilities include monthly management accounts preparation, cost analysis, balance sheet reconciliations, payroll review, and enhancing control processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare monthly management accounts using Intact software.
• Analyse margins, costs, and variances.
• Ensure accurate and timely balance sheet reconciliations.
• Implement and maintain a strong control environment across the company.
• Review monthly payroll.
• Optimise finance processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Assist with VAT return preparation and submission.
• Support annual audit and budgeting processes.
• Manage tax forms and Ixbrl returns.
• Undertake other duties and projects as assigned.

Applicants should:

• Be a part/qualified accountant with +2 years’ experience, ideally in a similar role.
• Demonstrate a proactive and results-driven attitude.
• Handle high transaction volumes and tight deadlines effectively.
• Possess strong computer and analytical skills, particularly in Excel.
• Work effectively on their own initiative.
