About the Job

Reporting to senior transaction tax specialists, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with and completing the following duties…

• Manage the delivery of complex transaction tax engagements
• Advise clients on acquisitions, disposals and restructuring projects
• Support buy-side and sell-side tax due diligence assignments
• Assist with transaction structuring and implementation planning
• Review transaction documentation and identify key tax risks
• Develop and manage strong client relationships throughout engagements
• Coach and mentor junior team members
• Support proposals, pitches and wider business development activities

Previous Experience

• Strong UK Corporate Tax or International Tax experience
• ACA, ACCA, CTA, ADIT, legal qualification or equivalent
• Experience managing client relationships and technical projects
• Commercially focused approach to problem solving
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Transaction Tax or M&A experience desirable but not essential
• Experience coaching or developing junior team members
