About the Job

Reporting to senior tax leadership, the Financial Services Tax Manager will be responsible for assisting with and completing the following duties…

• Manage a portfolio of investment fund tax compliance engagements
• Oversee partnership and corporate tax filings
• Advise clients on fund structures and establishment matters
• Support tax planning projects involving investment managers and fund structures
• Work closely with corporate tax, international tax and VAT specialists
• Provide technical support on complex financial services tax matters
• Support business development and growth initiatives within the team
• Assist with the development and mentoring of junior colleagues

Previous Experience

• Experience within Financial Services Tax, Investment Funds Tax or a related specialist tax area
• Strong understanding of partnership and corporate tax compliance
• Knowledge of tax issues affecting investment funds and fund managers
• ACA, CA, CTA, ACCA or equivalent qualification
• Strong client relationship management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience mentoring or supporting junior staff desirable
