The role is a newly created position as the business continues to grow, offering a fantastic opportunity to step into a well-established finance team with great exposure working closely with the senior finance team.

About the job:

• Partner with operational leaders to deliver budgeting, forecasting and annual business planning across multiple sites.
• Provide insightful financial analysis, KPI reporting and performance commentary to support strategic business decisions.
• Identify and drive cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives, developing reporting tools to measure financial impact.
• Support capital investment projects through financial appraisal, spend tracking and post-investment analysis.
• Analyse operational costs, product profitability and key performance drivers, identifying opportunities to improve margins and efficiency.
• Provide commercial finance support for pricing, tenders and business opportunities through financial modelling and scenario analysis.
• Build strong relationships across operations, commercial and supply chain functions, translating financial data into clear, actionable insights.
• Join a growing, commercially focused finance team where you’ll help shape business performance and influence key operational decisions

About you:

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA/CTA or strong QBE with relevant commercial experience
• Manufacturing background advantageous
• Strong financial analysis and modelling skills, with the ability to support strategic decision-making
• Strong interpersonal skills with the confidence to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the business.
