The Company

Following continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Head of Financial Control to lead a high-performing finance team and play a key role in supporting the next phase of the company’s development.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Group Financial Control function and develop a high-performing team
• Oversee Group financial reporting, statutory reporting and audit activities
• Ensure strong financial controls and governance across the business
• Partner with senior leadership to provide commercial and financial insight
• Drive continuous improvement across finance processes and systems
• Support treasury, cash flow and wider finance initiatives
• Lead key finance projects as the organisation continues to grow

Your Experience

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
• Proven experience leading financial reporting, controls and audit processes within a multi-entity organisation
