Key responsibilities:

• Responsibility for oversight of day-to-day financial operations and controls
• Acting as a key partner to the CFO across strategic and operational initiatives
• Driving performance across cashflow, margins, and working capital
• Business partnering with commercial teams across the business
• Leading finance input into international expansion and supply chain strategy
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement across the finance function, developing key systems and processes
• Leadership of the finance team

Requirements:

• Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with strong experience at Finance Director/Head of Finance/Financial Controller level
• Advanced IT Skills
• Strong commercial awareness
• Comfortable operating in a high-growth, fast-paced environment
