About the Job

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Assistant Accountant will be responsible for assisting with and completing the following duties.

Key responsibilities

• To assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts
•  Monthly reconciliations of assigned balance sheet accounts
• Preparation and posting of general ledger journals.
• Support the month-end accounts preparation – mainly around supplier accruals
• Ad-Hoc reports

Previous experience

• Previous experience working in a busy office environment
• Hold an Accounts Technician Qualification or Trainee/ Part Qualified Accountant (ACCA or CIMA)
