About the job:

• Lead the delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting across multiple entities
• Ensure consistency of accounting policies and strong internal controls across business units
• Manage statutory reporting requirements, including audit coordination and regulatory submissions
• Provide high-quality financial information and insight to senior leadership teams
• Lead, develop and mentor a team of qualified and part-qualified finance professionals
• Strengthen governance, compliance and financial control frameworks
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting efficiency and process consistency
• Act as a key liaison between operational finance teams and group finance

About you:

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• Strong background in financial reporting within a multi-entity or multi-site environment
• Experience leading and developing finance teams
• Proven ability to operate in a structured, compliance-driven environment
• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders
