Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead audit assignments from planning to completion.
• Work with a diverse range of clients across multiple industries.
• Prepare and review financial statements in line with FRS 102 and other relevant standards.
• Supervise and support junior team members, ensuring quality and consistency in audit work.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing a professional and proactive service.
• Identify opportunities to add value and improve audit processes.

About You:

• Must have 5+ years of audit experience in a boutique practice working with SME Irish clients
• ACA/ACCA/CPA qualified
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage workloads and meet deadlines.
• Enthusiastic, team-oriented, and eager to progress your career in audit.
