About the company: 

This is a pivotal leadership role, taking responsibility for the finance function while working closely with the CEO to support and shape the organisation’s ongoing strategic direction.

 About the job:

• Full oversight of the day-to-day of the finance function, overseeing a small, established finance team of 5.
• Supporting long-term growth and sustainability, while managing strategic financial risk
• Leading the preparation of monthly management accounts, annual budgets and quarterly forecasts
• Delivering clear financial analysis and risk insight to the Senior Leadership Team
• Ensuring robust controls, systems and processes across payroll, income and cash flow
• Carrying out additional duties as set out in the full job description

About you:

• Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA or QBE Considered with relevant experience
• Strong management or leadership experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Industry or 3rd sector experience
