About the company

This role will involve taking oversight of the finance function of this business, working closely with the MD and wider senior management team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparation and analysis of monthly management accounts
• Driving process improvement across the finance function
• Preparing year-end accounts
• Payroll
• Overseeing AP/AR
• Preparation of statutory returns
• Ad-hoc duties as required to assist the Finance Director with the day-to-day running of the finance function

Requirements for the Management Accountant:

• Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or Part-Qualified/QBE with experience in a similar role
• Strong IT skills
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
