About the job

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for and assisting with the following duties…

• Generate month-end consolidated invoices
• Produce and maintain customer reporting
• Post daily cash receipts, lodgements, and credit card transactions
• Reconcile customer invoices and payments
• Perform account reconciliations, including private sale accounts
• Process employee expense and mileage claims
• Carry out credit control activities
• Monitor and manage customer credit status
• Support customs declaration processes under the Windsor Framework (training provided)
• Complete EC Sales Lists and Intrastat returns
• Assist with month-end finance administration

Your skills & experience 

• Experience of working in an administration role (Essential)
• Experience working in a finance admin/ accounts assistant position (Desirable)
• Currently studying toward IATI or equivalent (Desirable and full study support can be provided)
• Have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
