The firm advises a broad mix of owner-managed businesses, private groups, and international clients, delivering end-to-end support across M&A, debt advisory, valuations, and strategic transactions.

The Role

As Corporate Finance Manager, you’ll play a key role in leading transactions and shaping the continued growth of the team.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing buy-side and sell-side M&A mandates, debt advisory projects, and corporate restructurings from start to finish
• Producing and reviewing financial models, valuations, and transaction analysis across a range of sectors
• Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, leading meetings, managing expectations, and supporting negotiations
• Leading, coaching, and developing a team of newly-qualified and part-qualified professionals
• Working closely with Partners to originate new work, support proposals, and grow existing client relationships
• Preparing and presenting high-quality reports, investment papers, and transaction documentation
• Managing WIP and billing, ensuring strong commercial outcomes and adherence to internal controls

About You

You’ll likely have:

• ACA / ACCA (or equivalent) qualification
• Experience in Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, or Deal Advisory
  (Strong candidates from an external audit background will also be considered)
• Excellent financial modelling and valuation skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong people skills with experience mentoring or managing junior staff
• A commercial mindset and genuine interest in business development and client growth
