About the Job

Reporting to the Finance function, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with and completing the following duties:

• Processing payroll accurately and on time for employees across multiple locations
• Reviewing payroll data, identifying discrepancies and implementing necessary adjustments
• Maintaining accurate payroll records, including new starters, leavers and compensation changes
• Producing monthly, quarterly and annual payroll reports
• Responding to employee payroll queries and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Ensuring strict confidentiality of payroll data and employee information
• Collaborating closely with HR, Finance and wider business teams to maintain compliance

Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a payroll-related role
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations and statutory deductions
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables advantageous)
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
