Staff Accountant

About the Role

This position goes beyond basic staff accounting and offers exposure to broader financial operations and improvement projects. It is a good fit for someone early in their accounting career who wants hands-on experience and regular interaction with senior leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with general ledger activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close
• Support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management
• Help prepare financial reports and basic analysis
• Work closely with the CFO on accounting tasks and ad-hoc projects
• Support process improvements and system enhancements
• Maintain accurate and organized accounting records

Candidate Profile

• 1–3+ years of accounting or finance experience
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Comfortable working with accounting systems and financial data
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Team-oriented and comfortable working in a small office environment
• Able to work on-site during the probation period, with hybrid flexibility afterwards
