This is a great opportunity for an experienced Credit Control Officer to play a key role in managing the company’s credit control function and maintaining strong customer relationships.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a credit control or finance role
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Knowledge of Sage 200 Accounts
• Experience preparing and submitting small claim files (desirable)

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively manage the company’s credit control policy, ensuring customers adhere to agreed credit terms
• Send invoices and statements to customers
• Establish and monitor customer credit terms and ensure timely payment
• Renegotiate customer payment terms as required
• Reconcile and maintain the Debtor’s ledger across multiple companies
• Liaise with customers to resolve queries promptly
• Coordinate with other departments to support finance operations
• Prepare Aged Debt reports for management when required
• Carry out ad hoc finance duties as needed
