About the company
In this role, you will work closely with the Finance Director and oversee the wider finance team. This is a great opportunity, offering a market-leading salary and benefits package as well as a huge potential for career progression within the business.
Key responsibilities include:
• Overseeing the financial operations of the business
• Ensuring compliance
• Mentoring junior finance staff
• Helping to drive process improvement
• Support the finance director
• Budgeting and forecasting
• Other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements:
• Qualified Accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA) from practice or industry background
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong IT skills.
• Confident leader
