Projected Earnings for Graduates:

• Year 1: £30,000-£40,000
• Year 2: £50,000-£60,000
• Year 3: Continued growth with potential for £60,000-£80,000+

We are actively seeking motivated and ambitious graduates/trainee recruitment consultants to join our team. If you are:

• A recent graduate
• Have a passion for sales and recruitment
• A proven success in sales or relevant internships
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for

• Building relationships and collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs
• Providing updates on candidate progress and offer insights on market trends
• Identify and source top candidates through various platforms and techniques
• Stay updated with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor insights
• Offer guidance to candidates on CV building, interview preparation, and career development
