The Company:
Through growth and expansion, they are seeking a accounts receivable assistant to join their busy and fast paced accounts team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing bills, invoices & bank deposits
- Resolving all client bill queries
- Producing financial statements for senior management
- Reconciliation of AR ledger to accurately account for all payments
- Producing payment reminders for clients overdue bills
Your Experience
- Minimum 1 years Irish experience in Accounts Receivable
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication & organisational skills
- Experience with Sage (Preferred but not essential)
